Anyone notice since about October Pondy hasn't had any good house flower. What's going on?
Not sure why they havent had anything at all for 2 months. If they do have something its a Sativa thats been sitting there for 2 months already.
I check every day to see the same stuff there. They used to have 4-6 premium shelf options now they barley have 1. The 1 they do have has been on the menu for over a month and ive already bought it once or twice.
Example: They had Marmalade from October to beginning of December. Now all they have are those jars for $45 that nobody buys even on "sale"
They won't or havent put anything new out, and its making me have to now go to Story In Litchfield because I can't for the 6th time now in 3 months go to pondy to just be disappointed again in their selection.
Don’t subject yourself to the treatment you will receive from their staff. Ponderosa dispensary used to be the exclusive dispensary that I shopped at due to the atmosphere, really good point system, as well as the deals they had offered in the past. That was before the end of July when they decided take any points that you had saved up and removed them all. The explanation I got was that they converted to a new point system, again, so I asked why delete the thousand plus points I had saved up, for a second time, and got a very disrespectful response from the bud tender basically only saying that I was shit out of luck and I should’ve known better. This is not the first time they have changed their point system and all my built up points were lost. The deals they offer now are not any better than any other dispensary and in some cases, they are worse. They also used to have really good prices on their deli weed however that has also changed, basically taking prices back to when cannabis was illegal. Due to their shady practices, I will NEVER go back to ANY Ponderosa dispensary and have already shared with everyone thatI had recommended them to that my recommendation has been revoked. They can thank their disrespectful and stuck-up bud tenders as well as the companies shitty treatment of customers for driving away loyal customers who had not even considered going to another dispensary until my visit today.

If you spend a lot of money, if you are loyal (unlike this place) and you like to earn loyalty bonuses and rewards. This is 100% not the place for you!!
Approx 2 months ago without notice they updated their rewards policy. And I lost out on a half ounce I had earned by spending tons of money here. They converted it to a $30 discount which at the time I was only allowed to use $20 of it.
Fast forward to today when I attempted to use the other 10 and was told that once again they updated the rewards policy and took away everybody's points.
So who's to say once you spend another $2,000 over the next three or four months that they will not then update their rewards policy again to make sure that you lose out continuously?
I will not go back to this place anymore, and I will not purchase their products which are Sonoran roots and canamo from any other dispensary whatsoever again.
Bad business, I was glad that there was not a line and the parking lot was empty it made it very convenient, now I see why and I hope they continue to lose business. Super bad policy, I hope people wise up and it stays a ghost town
The guy at the online order window could use a little bit more customer service experience I understand it's New years day but come on it isn't that hard to be more pleasent to customers over all everyone else has been great
