Personally, I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. Every once in a while a cashier might ring something up incorrectly, but considering deals change ALL the time, I can imagine how tricky it must be to keep up with them. I simply ask them to check again, they do, and they fix. Never a problem. Speaking of, there are great deals here and everyone I’ve spoken to has good advice when I’m looking for it. I’ve even also had a couple experiences with one of the managers because I had a couple issues with some products. They are always super helpful and accommodate me the best they can. I really have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Med patient here. Used to like this place. Not sure what happened. Management change or something? Usually had good experiences until recently and based off some things I’ve heard from friends who also used to regularly visit. Main issue for me is I have called multiple times with questions on specific medicine and it forwards you to voicemail. I’ve even left a voicemail with no return. I’ve also emailed with no return. Straight up unprofessional. Also, avoid Liquid Gold cartridges. They always have deals on them and now I know why. Questionable product with little to no web presence. Also, inconsistent labeling even across the same product. You’ll be better off going somewhere else, unless you’re not picky.

The physical location itself is great, especially for Costco goers- it’s right across the street. Makes for swift errand running! Aside from that, terrific dispensary. I have gone to a few in Scottsdale, and this one is among if not the best. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They generally have the best deals too. They’re big fans of doing “swag bags”. Bags that you pay x amount for, but tend to be worth about twice the price you paid for it (content wise), always full with excellent hand-selected items. It’s hard to pass them up they’re so good most of the time. The icing on the cake for me is that I discovered an irregularity on some flower I bought there once. When I brought it to their attention, they treated the situation very professionally and took amazing care of me. I will be recommending this location to everyone, forever, and will always prefer to go there as long as I’m in the valley.
