This store is a joke! SHACK IS ABUSIVE , DISRESPECTFUL AND DECEPTIVE After becoming shockingly belligerent and rude about a returned defective vape cartridge I didnt feel comfortable complaining in store. When I called in from home to ask for a number or email to speak to someone in charge the girl on the phone said she was being instructed to hang up rather than give me the info. At that point the big girl herself jumped on the phone and rudely told me she would only let me have the info to her direct manager and hung up the phone. I would highly suggest that ownership and upper management take a look at all of your one star reviews and think about the way you treat your customers.
