Terrible experience again. Told the guy at the front I had an online order but didn’t get the ready text so he made me wait in the walk in line. Was passed by multiple express orders and people who were in the same exact situation as me get there orders processed even though it wasn’t “ready”

Bought a cloudy cartridge and I came in to get it fixed, there was a line of people and I asked why I had to wait in line since I wasn’t buying anything and they didn’t care about the faulty product. CLOUDY CARTRIDGES!!!!

Crowded. Girl at the front had an attitude for no reason. Budtender Kaitlyn was nice. Not a good first time

I had a really fast and enjoyable experience with Celise S as my budtender. I really enjoyed the swiftness in service since I’m a medical patient and I’m in a lot of pain today. I will be back 100%

I was here on Friday to get some concentrates and I asked the bud tender for an indica, I need help sleeping, and he recommended me two “indica-hybrids” but upon research they are sativa dominant and both the Concentrates gave me anxiety. I came in today, 03/29 with an online order and I was surpassed by 4 walk-in orders and when I asked “Allie” what happened she disregarded me and acted like she couldn’t hear me for a good 45 seconds until I was called back. Terrible customer service two visits in a row and the Mary OG I picked up looks nothing like what’s in the jars on display. I have so many stems
