Here is my story. First off the staff was very very polite. I never had a problem with the staff. I was a regular customer at this location. I normally but vape carts. They have been sold out of my normal product for months now. So I've been trying out other brands while waiting for my normal brand. Eventually they ran out of vape carts in the product I purchased (no big deal). So I started to buying disposable vapes. I showed up about 30 mins before they closed and bought a 5g disposable vape for $40. I asked them if I could see the product in the box before I bought it. they said no. I get home and the vape looks good. I use it and immediately I notice the hit smelled very very strongly burnt. I follow the instructions on the box on pre heating the vape. Still very very strong burnt smell. The next morning I took the vape back and told them my issue. They said they cannot test it. They also refused to smell it (still reeked very badly of burnt). They said they cannot smell it because they lost their sense of smell. (ok?)
They then call the owner and explain to him over the phone what my complaint was/is. The owner refuses to refund my $$ or exchange the bad product.
I was a customer for the better part of a year. I spend tons of money at this location. The owner would rather keep his $40 rather than helping out a customer. Keep your money man. It's the last of mine you'll ever see.
