I've ordered from Kaya multiple times now. No matter what day it is, the delivery is very slow. The shortest I've ever waited was 1.5 hours. The longest I've waited is 3 hours. And they are located literally down the street. Smoke is good but they have a lot of stems. Nice friendly people but the time and stems are killing me. Long wait time+stems=😔

I used to be a frequent customer. I bought an O.pen this summer. Awhile ago it started to overheat and then started to turn the oil red like it was burning. I called in and talked to Liz (a manager) about the pen that was malfunctioning. Liz agreed to give an exchange for me. I also put a preorder in online so I could pick it up in a hour (that's how long the wait says online). After going in Liz was no longer there. A bud tender that was there stated that I did not place my order and would have to wait another hour. I pleaded that I wasn't thrown back in because of the wait I already endured. He made sure I felt like I was a burden. When I explained the conversation I had with Liz he told me it was near to impossible I spoke with her because she left earlier than what I had stated. He then asked for the pen and plugged it in to the computer and stated it works fine for me. He had another manager come over in which he too told me that she left earlier than the time I called so couldn't have possibly spoke to her. He also stated that there was no notes on my account and that he could not honor the exchange. I asked when I could speak with Liz and the bud tender said I can call tomorrow. I asked if the same time was okay and he stated yes. The next day I called and Liz was not there the receptionist stated that she is only there in the mornings. The receptionist stated that I can leave my name and number, in which I did. I stated that I didn't care what time or whether it was text message but that I just wanted to get it resolved. That was Thursday and it's now Sunday.
