I called today 3/28 to verify the store was open and to verify the 2 products I wanted were in stock. Was told yes. Headed over, when I got to the window was told one of the cartridges were sold out and HAD BEEN. When I told the NICE guy helping me that it was listed on the Leafly, he double checked with the RUDE ASS LADY working the computer and she made seriously rude comments about how she’s one person and people need to be patient and call first. First off, I DID CALL. Secondly, her tone and lack of professionalism was completely uncalled for. I used to manage a dispensary so I COMPLETELY understand how things happen, and I also understand we’re navigating through this damn corona virus. But this rude ass lady and her complete rude tone is why I will NEVER return. I’ve know Brad for years and it’s a HUGE disappointment that he allows his staff to talk to people like that.

what a fiasco with this pick up. Pretty sure the budtender helping me was either drunk or stupid stoned. Took WAY to long for him to figure out where my leafly order was in the system, then once someone came helped him he still took forever to complete it. I’m all for maintaining a high, but when you’re that lit to even function at your job it’s pretty inexcusable. Tone it down dude. Save being THAT fucked up for outside of work.

Came by to get some flower for the weekend. The store was super busy, but all the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves and all had smiles on their faces. Leslie was my budtender and she was amazing! I told her what I wanted and she weighed me up, walked me to the registers, thanked me for my patience and stood by the cashier whom I assume was new and to make sure everything went smoothly. When I got home and peeped my flower, Leslie picked out the most beautiful nuggets for me! THANK YOU! I almost don’t want to set them on fire!

Placed a pick up order. The signs for the Leafly pick up and medial patients are not very clear. Stood in line waiting at the leafly pick up sign, then when noticed, was told to stand at a different place. When it was my turn, and asked to step up I was explaining that I had a pick up order, a customer snapped at me telling, then the customer service rep was not very friendly. With all of the available options in Gresham, doubt I will return as the staff were rude the first time I went there. The flower is fine.

As always had to stop at Oregrown during my latest Bend trip. Great selection, knowledgeable budtenders...the flower...was ok. One strain was so dry it fell apart, and the other seemed a little too damp to smoke, the third had seed pods. I'll go back again, but if this happens at my next visit it will be my last.

Great selection! Great people! Super knowledgeable and friendly! The galactic jack they have is 20%thc & 2%cbd!!!! YUMMY TOO!!!
