I've noticed lately you guys haven't been texting about new strains on the menu (wouldve really liked the GSC and Northern Lights), kinda bummed I wasn't given a heads up. Also, I work a full time job, but it seems like a lot of patients dont. As a result many of the FAV or rare strains are cleaned out before I can even get there on my lunch break. Been coming here for over a year, patient 384 I think. You guys have definitely gotten more popular, which is great, but also making it much more difficult on me for getting the strains I like. Can this be improved? (Maybe limit rare strains to no more than an 1/8 per patient so more ppl can get a taste, or allow meds to be set aside in advance, you guys used to do this for me in the past, but the past two times I tried that I showed up and no one had set my order aside). Still coming back, but really wish this could be improved. Thx guys.

Update from my review below. I called the shop and Bob and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful. I did not expect them to be so kind as I did not leave a favorable review. They were genuinely concerned for me as a patient and fixed me up with a replacement strain free of charge. I was amazed. If you're a bit of a weed snob like me, you might have to carefully chose your strain to find the one that has the "wow" factor, however, you cant beat the service. While most dispensaries seem to be only about the $, you can tell Emerald Palace truly cares about their patients well-being and satisfaction with the product. As constructive criticism I would say something should be done to look into getting more potent smells and flavors from the herbs as that quality seems to be lacking across the board of available strains. I don't mind the pricing, but I feel a few other dispensaries are offering higher quality flowers at the same price. I will most definitely be back for the service and the edibles. I cant thank you guys enough. Hope you thrive and wish you the best. Positive vibes.

Was going to stop by yesterday and talk to Brian about that amazing GDP and some new stuff. Saw 4 cop cars and a fire truck. Couldn't get in so had to pass by. Everything okay with you guys? Lowest ounce prices in town. The quality is on par for the price, but do not expect Top Shelf Cali type meds. I bought a little over an ounce and have tried each strain. They all get you high and all burned nice and slowly, nothing too dry. It was definitely of outdoor quality, though I have not found any seeds which is great. I would say most their bud is in the middle between reggee and top shelf, but I did not try any of the expensive indoor as I can find that quality and price many places in the valley. Hands down best concentrates I have found so far, clean smelling and vaping. Overall, I would say try these guys out if you want a cheaper option for herb without having to sacrifice a lot of quality in the buds, and definitely try the concentrates.

Beware! Save your $$ and go somewhere else. Schwag weed no doubt. I was in desperate need of pain relief yesterday and didnt get that from the White Widow. This crap was schwag, definitely different quality then the bud I was shown. My white widow had purple in it, no big deal, except white widow isnt supposed to be purple unless it was mixed with something else. Product was dry as a bone and wasnt treated with love, you can just tell. $20 used to get me 7 grams of schwag, only a gram at Giving Tree. I think old people and people who are clueless as to what good weed is must be your only customers. Please shutdown, find a better grower, or just do us all a favor and get out of the business, because your product is worthless.

Only HWC and Tru Med truly give us patients hope. You have both already lowered prices, amazing! And you two are the only dispensaries that actually offer a great quality in medicine for the price. Thanks guys!

This was only my 2nd trip to Monarch, but it was my last. Your response to Mason84 about PGSC is a flat out lie, you are accepting donations only in 1/4 for profits, your bud tender even told me so... Allow me to explain. I came in to get an ounce by mixing a few quarters. I was informed I couldnt get PGSC or True OG as part of an ounce price break. I kindly inquired why since its the same donation as your other 1/4s that I wanted and I only wanted one of each. The response was "we had to pay more for that strain so we have to charge more"... So back to my point that you are suggesting high donation rates for profit, please dont lie. I left with a 1/4 of PGSC at $130, holy shit! I dont care how good it is, I left feeling very dumb like I was in a bait and switch, but needed some meds. Your other meds didnt even compare to the PGSC or True OG in looks and smell. I would suggest to other patients you seek out another dispensary. Another dispensary that grows all their own excellent meds, and since they dont buy them from someone else they offer consistency in their product. And please, please stop saying you do this for the patients and act like thats all you care about. All dispensaries in AZ are pretty much the same, you all only care about the money. All the games with donation rates and inconsistency in this industry are ridiculous. I feel so stupid for even getting my med card at this point. I have been a smoker for longer than I care to admit, but I would like to personally thank Monarch, our Great state, and about 90% of the other dispensaries for making this such an easy decision for me to just finally quit smoking. Amazing that it took me getting a legal medical card to finally just quit, how ironic. You guys discouraged me from smoking in a way that no one couldve ever done before I got a card, and thanks to you all I will be living a sober and happier life. Thanks!

The pre-rolls here are as good as people say. I got the Ginger Ale and Qrazytrain. Both are pretty bomb and smell nice, and arent dry so thats very nice. Wish grams were $15 so it was easier to try more before you buy more, but the dispensary is new and prices for more quantity arent bad honestly. It would be nice if you offered something to new patients. Got a decent amount of product and I feel like many other dispensaries offer a free pre-roll or gram on your first visit, that would make new patients feel more appreciated, and trust me they would be hooked on the pre-roll. Nothing top shelf here IMO. If you want mids at a cheaper price then you might like this place. Menu is not updated, they disnt have many strains in stock that leafly says, please update for your patients, its important to us. My 1/8th of GDP doesnt have that sweet purple taste, just smoky. 1/8 of maui cheese dry, bowl last 2 hits and not really effective. If that is GSC its either poorly grown or not real GSC. GSC are tight dense nugs withs shades or green and touches purple. Pre-roll not really great either. The staff was friendly, i did appreciate that. I didnt like the atmosphere of feeling more like a awkward doctors office, and more in depth personal questions on new patient form. I honestly wished I had saved my money and gone to my go to places, but wanted to try something new. This just isnt the spot for me, if you only want AAA top shelf I wouldnt come here, but they obviously are doing some things right and have a following. Either way peace to PARC for giving patients another option.

One of my favorite strains when done right. Beautiful buds I could stare at all day. Smell so good and get you way high.
