Very friendly and welcoming staff. First time traveling to Bay City for my meds. Well worth the drive. They offer free refreshments!!! That's a first encounter for me!!! Bud Tender honest & knowledgeable. Great deals along with awesome reward program. I look forward to their growth around the state!! Y'all will definitely be seeing me again

Very private Bud Room. Friendly & attentive Bud Tenders. Nice prices!!

I have drove an hour 3 times just to come to Kind. Cause just like the name all the employees are very kind too. Love the Security at the front door & the bud area not being overly crowded. Very comforting, secure , welcoming, & attentive environment. Definitely worth the long drive!!!

When entering the bud room it is like walking into a club,the music is loud, there are a lot of ppl every where & again no type of system. I took it upon my self to check out there huge selection of medibles, which I was quite impressed with. How ever some had prices & some  didn't & yet again no type of acknowledgement. When I was done I stood patiently near the counters & waited for an bud tender to assist me. While waiting a gentlemen  whom just walked in the door, started to walk right pass me to a bud tender. AGAIN like the waiting area YOU better pay attention & speak up for YOUR TURN.  So I did so. Scott waited on me & I expressed my experience with the establishment. He apologized & explained that they were fairly new & still trying to figure all things out. He apologized & hooked me up for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with his recommendations. Which brought me back again.
