Supurb Delivery

I had did an online order for delivery with supurb.
I purchased th anytime capsule along with other items.
Following morning I went to open the bottle up.. the seal was already broken and was missing one capsule. So I of course try to call the dispensary and there is no way to actually speak with anyone it just provides an email and I went to their website and sent a couple emails still no response.
I also reached out to supurb to inform them of my situation. Supurb also provided me the dispensary phone number. I advise them I already attempted to call and I havent been able to speak to anyone nor any response via email.
All I want is a resolution. I do not feel safe consuming a tampered bottle. I feel that this should be a quick fix. I shouldn't have to be stuck between the delivery company and the dispensary. It's not safe to consume when the seal is broken.
I will not be ordering from this dispensary nor supurb ever again.
