Greenhand - Spokane

I came into this dispensary around 6:45 PM on Wednesday and had a very concerning experience. The budtender (light brown hair, green flannel) offered to swap my $8 preroll for a $15 one. My original order with the $8 preroll was $43, but with her change the total jumped to over $60. When I questioned the math, she snapped back and pointed at the receipt, insisting it was correct. After I showed her my online receipt on my phone, she started messing with the computer and said she had to “remove things” — then added, “not that they were really on there, it was just jumbled, a lot of things crossed off.”
That explanation doesn’t make sense — if those items weren’t really on there, they couldn’t have raised the total to $60+. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. On more than one occasion, I’ve gotten home and found prerolls missing even though they were listed on the receipt. I’ve also overheard another customer come in asking if a joint was left behind because the same thing happened to them.
At this point, it feels like customers are being overcharged or shorted on product, and it’s hard not to see a pattern. People deserve honesty and accuracy with their purchases, and right now that doesn’t seem to be happening here.
