I normally have a great experience. However, I almost always get a certain type of vape. Because of this I know when one is good or bad. I bought one and tried it; it was a dud and I could tell. The woman would not listen to me!! I explained why and how I knew it was just going to cause me problems. She said it just needed charged. I charged it and within an hour I had to charge it again. When it was not dead I could barely get a hit and it kept clogging. A day later it is so clogged I cannot use it. What I don’t understand is why they even have us try the vape if they refuse to replace one that isn’t working properly. I am now out that money with a shit vape that I can’t even hit. I literally got it yesterday. I am super annoyed as I am a loyal customer who always leaves a good tip. I’m glad that I did not tip them yesterday. This is the second time an employee would not work with me on a bad vape. It truly sucks!!
This place really needs to reconsider their policy on having customers try the vape first. If they aren’t going to work with their loyal customers, what’s the point?
I hope the employees see this so they know they made mistakes. I have not yet decided if I will return. But both girls need to evaluate their customer service skills.
