I would not recommend this place to my enemy. I purchased a vape called Runtz the cashier that waited on me could not get it out of their inventory. Said had none in stock the manager and the cashier tried everything they could for me to purchase it. Their policy is try it before you purchase. I purchased 3 that day they had me tried none of them the counter person that waited on me was so wasted she didn't remember to have me try them out which is very unsanitary if your picking one up for someone else. To my surprise as soon as I returned home the 2gram that they couldn't get out of inventory but figured out how was opened and used half was used and the vape did not work. Tried everything so I called them said I had to speak with the manager on Friday when she worked. This was on Christmas eve wendsday Dec 24th. I went back on Dec. 25th Christmas day had to buy another could not help me with the one that didn't work and half used only the manager could I brought it in with me that day. So to my surprise of course the second one I purchased stopped working half way couldn't get that one working no matter what I did. When I returned on a Friday that the manager was in said she could not replace anything she said I had to return the Friday the day after Christmas which we had snowstorm and travel advisory out. I don't live close by I did return the next day to show them with no help. I was a loyal customer of theirs but since I turned to vape instead of flower I would not recommend this place to my enemy. I will never return there all they do is take your money and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Also they took my daughter of all her built up money on what she spent when they changed their system and didn't do anything about it. Don't trust them. They lost me for good. There is a dispensary on every corner don't they realize that....I would go elsewhere where you matter as a customer. And also fix your parking lot don't you realize it's full of deap holes....Ruining your cars carpet with mud...

I normally have a great experience. However, I almost always get a certain type of vape. Because of this I know when one is good or bad. I bought one and tried it; it was a dud and I could tell. The woman would not listen to me!! I explained why and how I knew it was just going to cause me problems. She said it just needed charged. I charged it and within an hour I had to charge it again. When it was not dead I could barely get a hit and it kept clogging. A day later it is so clogged I cannot use it. What I don’t understand is why they even have us try the vape if they refuse to replace one that isn’t working properly. I am now out that money with a shit vape that I can’t even hit. I literally got it yesterday. I am super annoyed as I am a loyal customer who always leaves a good tip. I’m glad that I did not tip them yesterday. This is the second time an employee would not work with me on a bad vape. It truly sucks!!
This place really needs to reconsider their policy on having customers try the vape first. If they aren’t going to work with their loyal customers, what’s the point?
I hope the employees see this so they know they made mistakes. I have not yet decided if I will return. But both girls need to evaluate their customer service skills.

Unfortunately they are not doing any of their daily deals since updating the system. This is very disappointing since all of us lost our points when the system updated. However, they have pretty much anything for anyone.

Even the management is bad. No longer a good company to work with. They haven’t even updated here on leafly in 5 months so you don’t know what they have or how old it is. A company is only as good as the manager that runs it…..
