If I can give a zero I would. I brought a vape battery and pod to go with it. The battery is busted, returned five mins after they turned us away and tell us to go because the store is closed. We just want an exchange of broken product. The store is not closed and there are still people in it making purchases and checking out. But according to them all system shuts down already and they can’t do anything. Then how are you checking out for those customers that is already in store? Legit the worst customer experience. We are looking forward to the experience but got nothing but disappoint. In store they offer $1 sale if you have a good review on all the platforms. So a lot of those review you saw probably not 100% correct. Please avoid at all time, there are a lot more other place you can go.
