I put in a order online early in the morning when they opened & went in shortly after to get my meds with half of my pre-order missing, had to choose more expensive meds. Along with the concentrates I also purchased flower that was over a year old very ancient depleted of terps/flavor/moisture totally dry crisp hay that I wasted money on meds that I need for daily pain.

The flower that I purchased was one year old from harvest date, it smelled like grass or hay. Not even like anything to do with cannabis. I was very disappointed to receive meds this old and no good. I tried reaching out to jars with zero success and zero response. I definitely would never buy flower/meds/weed of any brand or kind from jars again and make it last on my list of any dispensary after this sad situation with zero customer service and/or response.

Also along with missing half my family's funeral because of all of the problems curaleaf has given me it threw me back into depression after the funeral and to make it worse I put my receipt for my purchase in my pocket bag still sealed & stapled but they refused to let me leave the building making me even more late and after standing around wondering why it was pure harassment for complaining about they're lack of service and lack of preorder budtender on hand, so I was treated like crap, belittled, and accused that it's all my fault I came at that time & harassed on the way out as I had just watch another person crumble they're receipt 🧾 as well! Such a evil place no good vibes or karma there just evil 👿

The staff here are completely there to tend to your medicinal needs & provided all the answers to my questions about strains and terps etc. Really anything you ask they got the answer. The medicine is always quality and can't beat the $ price! I recommend this dispensary over the many others now!
