JARS Cannabis - Phoenix Airport (Med/Rec)

I’ve been a loyal customer of this dispensary for over 5 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. During the 7/10/26 event, instead of offering quality products, I was given flower that had been harvested on 9/30/2025—over 9 months old. The flower smelled stale, looked aged, and was nowhere near the quality I expect from a dispensary that I’ve supported for years. It honestly felt like the 7/10 event was being used to clear out old inventory rather than reward loyal customers with fresh, quality products. After spending my money here for five years, I feel completely let down. Customer loyalty should mean something. If you’re going to promote a special event, don’t use it to unload old flower while given customers products that are well past their prime. This experience has made me seriously question whether I’ll be returning.

Jars is by far my favorite dispensary. Not only do they carry my fave products but they're also always on sale! Emily is super friendly greeting me through the door and gives great customer service as a cashier.

Love jars and the employees are great but the last few times I got prerolls they have been super short.
