The Oak Park MedMen facility is clean and nicely presented. I could see that there were staff members at every counter waiting to assist customers if needed. There was medman merchandise displayed on one wall, and I actually stopped to take a look at it because some of it was kind of nice. The check out was also very quick and easy. The best part of the experience was getting three new Vapes that were definitely new, unlike some of the dispensaries I've gone to. Although I do not have a medical marijuana card, I probably should for my fibromyalgia and lipoedema. Nonetheless, I'm grateful that I can still legally buy cannabis for the ailments I suffer from. But just so there's no surprises, newcomers need to know that you can't pay for your purchases with a regular credit card. You need to use a debit card or cash. I was going to use a credit card but luckily had my debit card with me as well, and with surprisingly enough money to make the purchase, so no worries.
