Summary, long lines but in/out in 5-6 minutes.
My first thought when pulling into the parking lot was "oh oh, the lot is full". The outer lobby line for preorders was much longer than the other. I was called into the inner store within 3 minutes and due to my preorder, spent just a couple minutes inside before I was walking out the door.
