Garbage personnel starting with management. They have NO CONSIDERATION for your time. You’ll place an order, they’ll get sold out of that product, you’ll wait 30 minutes while they pick n choose who they want to dispense to, then tell you they are sold out. I placed an “Express Check-out”order at your Sebastian location, which is always more concerned with chit chat while the waiting area is full with patrons. I get there, wait 15 min, they call up someone that came after me. When I mentioned It to your manager, he could care less. MUV Sebastian doesn’t care about it’s customers. I won’t waste my time or money at this dump. Management and staff suck!!!

I placed an order online, which wouldn’t allow me to modify my cart. Nevertheless, I process the order on through. I get to this location, no order. Whatever her name was that attended to me, unfortunately you’re a bad front line representation of a company that caters to all around horrible customer relations. 👋🏼

I placed an order online, I was never communicated that it was ready. When I got to their establishment they wouldn’t service me because I didn’t have my mm license WTF! BS dispensary.!

They offer NO VA Discounts on flower. Vets, I would NOT recommend this place, and their flower SUCKS.

They will do whatever it takes in order to not extend you any VA discount. “ it’s already discounted or on sale”

This was my first time at the Merritt Island location. I placed my order online and headed out for the hour drive. Front doors were locked, so I walk towards the back, I start to ask one of the two attendants outside as to how do I get my order when the other rep interrupted and I didn’t appreciate her tone nor the manner in which she talked to me, so I opted to leave. common curtesy and professionalism lack in this company’s front end.
