I have spent quite a bit of time at Beaver Bowls and have enjoyed their products and staff. However, today I went to return an Oil Cartridge I had purchased because it is defective. The oil has leaked into the shaft piece and does not draw properly or at all. I have always had success with these oil cartridges but have been told by employees at Beaver Bowls, that they are sometimes defective. Regardless, my cartridge was "tested" behind close doors by inserting a rod and blowing air in the other end. They found smoke does come out of it; making my claim false. I have gone through enough of these cartridges to know how they properly function. Yes, my pen is charged. Yes, I preheated it. I suggest who ever is in charge to create a more thorough definition of what is defective.
