This location was top-notch when it opened. Since then, wait times for walk-ins have gone from a few minutes to, in some cases, over an hour. Availability has suffered and their menu is rarely up-to-date. Also, they recently made big deal about their Online Ordering system. At first, it seemed to work. You could order what you wanted from their menu and pick it up the same day. Only weeks after launch, though, it seems completely broken. The "menu" is never up-to-date anymore and the online ordering system allows you to order things that are not even in stock. I run an e-commerce site and know full well how easy it is to integrate inventory into such a website. This is just plain sloppy. Why say you have "online ordering" when the customer, realistically, only has about a 50/50 chance of actually being able to purchase what they order? Go back to walk-ins only and try harder to keep your menu up-to-date. Luckily for me and others, there are other dispensaries in the area.
