The waiting space is pretty awesome. Amazing decor, art, and living walls to enjoy while waiting. Budtenders were very knowledgeable and just seemed like awesome people who knew their industry and product. I love their loyalty program, the first time shopper discount and the freebie. $50 off with purchase of $250 is a good deal! I am in Southwest Michigan where no such place exists. Unfortunately it will be a while before I’m back but I will definitely make another trip when I can. Since my rewards don’t expire I can still eventually use them. The flower was on the dry side but so far all the bud stores I’ve been to in Michigan have been this way which is unfortunate... The taste and potency on all 4 of the strains I purchased from Om was good. It smoked good. Hands down Om is the best place I have visited to date. Really cool place.

The two ladies I met were nice enough, My issue was the product itself. It was dry and crumbled into powder. Taste was “chemical-y” Virtually no smell. This whole state regulated system is new to me. I spend a lot of money when I buy because there is nothing truly close to where I live. When I have jumped through the legal hoops of obtaining a med card in order to purchase state regulated products that are supposedly vigorously tested and monitored I expect quality EVERY TIME. When I spend 100’s of dollars in one trip I expect some sort of security. Obviously you can only pay with cash so if you buy it it’s yours. I HATE that! I was ultimately going to let this whole matter go until I became upset all over again when my throat hurt and chest started feeling heavy from smoking this stuff after a week. I did some research and read about torched weed (which I know absolutely nothing about...yet) and wondered if this could be what I just bought at $14 a gram which is already far too expensive PLUS TAX. $10 or less people. This is what a gram of mid grade is...NOT $14. I’m seriously considering sending this stuff to a lab because I want to know if this actually tests the way the label claims. I’m not a pot expert but what I do know for a fact is that it shouldn’t taste like chemicals and it shouldn’t be so dry it disintegrates into dust when trying to roll a joint. I claim partial responsibility for not paying more attention and inspecting the weed better. My naivety made me think I didn’t have to be as worried about receiving poor quality weed from a dispensary. Fool me once. My advice to any newbie spending money at ANY dispensary buy a gram and smoke it first before you spend big money at any of these places because you won’t get a refund or exchange. It’s a pain to do it this way but better to lose $15 than $300. In my opinion this policy needs to change like yesterday. I can say that it is very unlikely that I will ever shop here again. If the policy for these places is that they don’t stand behind their own products then I’d be a fool to do any shopping there again.
