This place seems transactional and cold. Staff are nice though a bit standoffish. Haven't been to the Easthampton location in a while. They were always so friendly and warm. I wish that could be the case at this location, too. Will go back, especially since it's medical-only and not far away, but kind of dread the trip.

First visit back since they added recreational. Didn't know what to expect. Separate medical area was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. Always get in and out with ease.
