I really enjoyed the commitment that is in place when receiving lots of recreational users. It’s always seems they are trying their best to communicate their needs to better our service. Of course there is going to be miscommunications and longer wait times and scrambling on hectic days, etc. But overall, I would recommend because prices are fair, quality is great, and service is good. It’s not AmAzInG; but then again I haven’t seen one AmAzInG dispensary yet in MA. It’ll be years until we see best practices in place, prices drops, and no wait times.

Nothing bad to say; BUT I have been going here since opening and I just discovered another dispensary and it was a HUGE improvement. At Cultivate, Lines are not (as) long, and waiting outside is varied (depending on time and day.) staff (in beginning) were new and (of course) a little short with customers. (No real connection to talk, very much “in and out” vibe and energy.) When I go in today (usually once a week) when the lines are short-chat it up! I have a favorite staff member :) and I enjoy her company and smile every time! I wish her energy was throughout and consumed by everyone working at cultivate. (Drivers, door security, etc.) I just feel sometimes I’m being transported and everyone’s awkward and stiff and quiet and it’s so uncomfortable. I think it would just help (A LOT) if parking was installed. Idk how or where-but shuttling makes me stop breathing from how awkward the silence is. My intention of this is not to at all compare or call Cultivate “out.” It’s to acknowledge what might not be known/said.

A well rounded dispensary with a great attitude towards their customers and in general. I had a great experience! Prices are high, but welcome to MA! Honestly, Sanctuary’s prices are lower than a previous dispensary I was going to. This will be my go to for now on.
