Went there for my curbside pickup order that was set to be ready between 2:00 and 2:15, I arrived at about 2:20 because I know these times can be wrong, mind you this is after I received my “your order is ready” text. So I pull up and somehow they don’t see my order in the system at first, then the lady in the building radios the gentleman checking my id in saying “ wow don’t you wish these people knew when to show up, I mean it’s not like it’s so hard that they don’t send you a text of when to arrive here, it’s so annoying and I hate this s**t” the gentlemen is like dumbfounded she said that then tells me to pull forward and that my order will be out shortly. This place is a joke, every other dispensary in southwestern Michigan, has handled curbside superbly, but sorry ReLeaf you dropped the ball here.... doesn’t sound like very compassionate care to me.
