I live a couple towns away so I like to call and check the percentages and prices on ounces before making the trip out. Even if it is a little more expensive then my local store I will usually go to GG because it's my most frequented dispensary. But lately I've been running into customer service issues with the budtenders. I called and asked for prices and percentages on ounces, I was told there was multiple ounces in my price range but only received info about one strain before being rushed off the phone with the budtender saying I had to "come in" to know about the rest. I didn't feel it was unreasonable to ask about getting info on the products before coming in to make a large purchase. I've run into a little of the same when asking for info on strains while in the store and have been met with huffs and puffs from the employees who are taking the jars off shelves. I don't want to inconvenience anyone and I enjoy going to GG and their prices but if this trend continues it may be time to find a new friendlier location.
