I came into this dispensary two nights ago with my medical recommendation on my phone. They registered me, put me in the system, and I was able to get my medicine without an issue. I have been a medical marijuana patient since 2012, and have never had an issue going to a dispensary and showing them my doctoral recommendation on my phone or email. The manager, Nina, today and front desk associate Alison, were beyond rude, and honestly weird because they said “sir, if you are going to be hostile, we are going to have you leave” I advised the manager that two nights ago, I was here and purchased and she said that was impossible! The audacity she has to call me a liar before checking the records is absolutely despicable . They looked up my record and saw that I did purchase but she insisted on not ringing me up as a medical patient. Horrible customer service. I will never come back to this dispensary again. If you are a medical patient, stay away. They have no respect. 0 stars.
