This was my first experience at a Seattle dispensary (or any dispensary for that matter) and it was the best possible first experience I could have had. I am visiting Seattle from Florida, so this is a whole new game for me. I found Seattle Dispensary on Google and made the decision to go based on the reviews and rating on Google because there are so many options and I had nothing else to really go by. I don’t always make the right choices, but this one turned out to be one of them! There is definitely a reason why the reviews are good and why they’re rated at the top of the list. First off, I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in the front door. I was then lead through a line around the corner where I met Lawrence. I can’t say enough good things about him, but I’m going to try... First of all, it was obvious that I am a noob. However, that didn’t affect the level of service I received whatsoever. Lawrence was warm, welcoming and super helpful. He actually encouraged my questions and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for my lack of knowledge. He explained everything they had to offer very well, and allowed me to take the time to familiarize myself with the products. And he really knows his stuff! He answered every question I threw at him tolerantly and with perfect accuracy. Lawrence even personalized the experience by discussing his own preferences and experiences to help inform and guide me in my decision making. he really took his time with me. When it came time to make my purchase I really dropped the ball, but it didn’t matter because Lawrence took care of me 110%. I only had $20 in cash and was unaware that they could not accept a debit card for payment. The total came out to more than what I had, and instead of making me use the ATM for one stinking dollar, he covered the extra dollar from his own pocket! Coming from Florida, I can honestly say that it’s the best example of exceptional customer service that I’ve ever had. Really unbelievable. I will be back, whether on this trip or a future one! I would recommend anyone this Dispensary, friend or stranger. So, so awesome! Thank you so very much, Lawrence !
