I wanted to update my review from earlier this week my couldn’t figure out how to update it. My previous review was for receiving the wrong 1/2 ounce and being told I can’t return it. The general manager actually reached out to me personally and was very apologetic about the situation. She had me come down and rectified the situation for me. True professionalism and leadership. I’m a manager in customer service for a major financial institution and I know mistakes happen, but what an organization does to resolve the situation is a true indicator of what type of business they run. Thank you Helena for running a reputable store. 5 star service :)

MetroMeds is my go to dispensary for quality bud at a great price. Their deals on bud and carts have been so good I haven't been to another dispensary in about 90 days.

I thought the customer service was poor! They had a oz on Leafly listed @ $120, I ordered it thru Leafky pickup, I went and picked it up about 9 PM and Emerald wanted to charge me $170. I should the guy the price on Leafly and my receipt from Leafly pick up, but he said they cant honor that price. I understand its not his fault, but I believe the business should value the time of their customer, and not inconvenience me for either Emerald's or Leafly's mistake. When they can step up their customer service and own their mistakes without inconveniencing the customer, I would consider shopping there again.
