I've gone to this location several times and it's usually excellent service. But my only negative experiences have been when one particular employee is there, he greets me and then doesn't say anything afterwards and makes buying awkward since I basically have to get their attention. Tonight I flat out just walked out after the silence just continued and I aimlessly browsed, and said "Thanks for the service" as I walked out. I was there 11/21 around 6:15pm. There was two employees and they just kinda ignored me. As I left, one of them actually followed right behind me but was just going outside to take a smoke break.
