This is by far the worst punctuality and customer service I have ever encountered. There are dealers on the street with more professionalism than this delivery service. Firstly the amount of wait time and amount of times I had to call in order to speak with someone was so obnoxiously long. I placed my order online and usually they text you within like 10 minutes. I didn’t receive any texts so I called in waited on hold and had to request a call back. After about another 5 or so minutes didn’t receive a text so I text back ok the number they usually send updates from. Someone finally called back I told them I had ordered an ounce and they wanted to check on the eta. The lady went by the name Queen or Queenie told me expected eta is 11:30-12:00. I say no worries you can just cancel the order as I’m on a time crunch. She said you know what I have a driver that can be there by 10:45. I said if it’s not much trouble and they can actually be here by 10:45 I’ll do it. I waited till 11 to call again and then a new girl said sorry they didn’t expedite it and it’s still coming at 12. I told them to just cancel the order she puts me on hold to talk to a supervisor that says they have another driver closer and they will be there by 11:15. I get a text at 11:09 saying the delivery eta is at 11:45 pm still lol. All of this could have been avoided if someone was honest in the beginning or if the second person just took some accountability. I called them back so many times to find out why I was lied to multiple times by multiple people but still ZERO accountability by anyone from enjoyment. Please do not waste your time or money on people who will lie to you and not appreciate your business
