“ttldr: Drive nearby to another dispensary (I recommend ***** ****) tldr: Been to store a dozen times with no issues. Tonight, doorman incorrectly flagged my license as fake because their information booklet is wrong. It was the equivalent of your license being flagged as fake for lacking the red heart indicating donor status. Manager threaten to call the police over the ID, and I welcomed it, but of course it was a bluff. I explained that the 'missing' symbol is part of an OPTIONAL program, and they just assumed I was being an ass... How fragile are their egos? Finally, they followed me to my car and threatened me with police involvement if they ever see me again. Lmao is that insane, or just me? Full Story: Staff was incredible rude about my ID, because he was comparing it to a NH real ID license. They told me they are going to be generous and not take away my ID, and they are doing me a favor by not calling the police LMAO. I called their bluff to call the police to check my government issued ID, because I know my license is real. The same dude, the manager I presume, then he got scared of how own threat, what a joke. They told me to leave, so I did, and didn't expect to ever come back. I will never buy here again, but I was really confused that my license failed whatever check they performed. I was confused, so I took a deep breath, let go of my frustration, and returned to tried to calmly explain their error. I knew I left angry, so I made it clear that I had calmed down. I thought (correctly mind you) they didn't understand their error. It's a joke that a place responsible for checking IDs doesn't know that a gold star on a NH licence is part of an OPTIONAL program (called REAL ID). I told them that we can both agree I'm never shopping here, but I want to help their business correctly identify licenses. The dude has such a fragile ego that he flipped out on me and threatened to call the police if I don't leave the property, and followed me to my car. Most ratchet experience I've ever had. Readers (thanks for getting this far lol), take your business one of the other dispensaries, which are really close. They have has better prices, better reviews, better staff, and no baseless threats to illegally revoke your licence. Anyways I drove there minutes after and had an amazing customer experience :)"
