They refuse to up hold their own store policies! Went in tonight to get a A.i.o pen and the “dude” Jose at first tried to up charge me an extra 5 dollars even though the price was clearly marked differently, I’m a medical card holder, handed him my money and realized they didn’t give me a medical discount as advertised, when I asked for my money back I was told that cause I left the store( and walked right back in) showed him my receipt that he gave me and then told me nothing they could or would do! Obviously doesn’t know what customer service was when he tried to “break” the numbers down for me! Store obviously doesn’t uphold olcc policies or their own stores! Disrespectful! Will be making a county commission report as well as olcc and labor board! First and only time so buyers beware!
