Garden Remedies has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Seven East disposable vape pen, opened it in the parking lot and it was broken. I went back to the store expecting a refund or new pen that wasn’t broken and they would not replace it or refund it. Because of the online ordering with coronavirus I wasn’t able to purchase another one and was told I would have to place a new order and chose a later pick up time. Nobody cared at all about the product being completely broken and told me to make a complaint on their website to possibly get a refund check in the mail. There are so many better dispensaries around that care about their customers, I will never be coming back here again.
