After trying indicas for a year, I tried a Sativa and found very noticeable relief  with depression, and severe pain. (I use a Wulf vaporizer at 410-15 degrees.)

I think I finally found "the one." It gently melts away my (extreme) anxiety without using much of the flower. (Because I use a vaporizer with a rather small chamber I keep track of how much I use.) And when I need to sleep just a few hits past the anxiety release and I'm ready for a long relaxing sleep that allows me to wake up refreshed and anxiety free.

I'm a large person, used a vape cartridge and I feel the tingly, or numbing sensation mentioned by others but as far as a relaxing feel goes- I'm not there yet. I'll hit it a couple more times and re-analyze.
