I have been purchasing Hi-Klas concentrates from Verano at Zen Leaf for years (over 100 grams last year), and the sudden price increase from $20.25 to $28.25 per gram is completely unreasonable. An $8 jump overnight is nearly a 40 percent increase and does not reflect the reality of the Arizona market. Loyal customers who have supported this product for years are now being forced to pay significantly more for the EXACT same item. That kind of pricing change feels like blatant price gouging, especially when there was no warning and the product selection has become more limited. If this pricing continues, long-time customers like myself will have no reason to keep buying Hi-Klas concentrates at Zen Leaf when other dispensaries offer better pricing and better selection. Loyal customers should be valued, not penalized. NOT TO MENTION THEY ROLLED OUT A NEW LOYALTY PROGRAM WITH LOWER REWARDS THAN LAST YEAR FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I appreciate the GM providing a discount on my last purchase, but I will not be purchasing product from a company that treats loyal customers with zero respect.

Worst dispensary I have ever been to… the employees have zero idea what Customer Service. Their product is not even worth dealing with their shitty employees. I would literally give them zero stars, but I’m forced to give them one. not even a convenient location and the worst Customer Service I have ever received. I will never return to a cookies location anywhere.

This new Territory location is extremely convenient and has amazing selection of concentrates... try the Hi Klas Pineapple Chunk butter... AMAZING! The wait is significantly less than TruMed and they carry all the best Drip products. You’ve definitely got a new loyal customer!

I’ve been frequently shopping here for over 3 years. I absolutely love the quality of Drip Brand products... best in AZ hands down. What makes this place absolutely amazing is the staff... each member of the team provides the best service and I actually look forward to coming back just because of that! My only complaint and I’ve voiced it many times is that they would accept digital payments like Alt Thirty Six so I did’t have to pay the ($5) ATM/bank fees every trip. Having to pay to get cash from an ATM less than 10 feet away for a purchase is inconvenient and makes the buying experience feel unprofessional, especially on the busy times. Let’s not mention trying to get cash from the ATM for a pre-order and having everyone in the lobby watch me enter my PIN number and take out cash. Cannabis dispensaries are legal businesses... it’s time to offer customers a digital payments option so we don’t have to pay to spend our money at AZ cannabis dispensaries.

Visited Location really excited to buy some 710 products the bud tenders would not let me smell any of the products from 710 and stated it was because somebody previously had spilled some water hash. Not sure if this is how Denver dispensaries operate but usually when you’re spending 60+ dollars on a gram of concentrate you’re able to smell the Turpines prior to buying.
