So I've had quite the personal experience with this store. I had been a regular for nearly a year, would have been 2 by this point. I enjoyed this store because it was closest store to me and I liked their daily deals. But alas I was falsely banned. After several attempts to get the full story for my banning they finally told me that it was: purchasing for a minor, and flipping them off, while barreling out of the parkinglot. That ban would be well and good if I had actually done any of those of those things, but alas I haven't, and since I hadn't I had no idea how I'm supposed to convince them otherwise. This had happened nearly a year ago by this point and at the time they had me come in 2 other times to try to get un-banned, then falsely told me the ban list resets after a year, which I had waited. Then came back only to be told I'd need to come in when their manager was there. I managed to be un-banned with a warning to not break the rules again. Rules I have never broken, only to be banned again because I 'Talked to someone' as I left the store. I again got to come in 3 times to try to get un-banned. I didn't want to come in this many times each ban, but when I came in they gave me no recourse to take other then come in when the manager is here, even though from these experiences I've learned that they seem to have 3 individual managers. Each one simply passed me to the next. It really feels like rather than trying to work with me and help me understand their reasoning for banning me or listen to my side, they just kept telling me to wait and come in another day and just hope that I gave up on it. But you see I don't like being falsely accused of things, and this experience has brought me a wealth of anxiety about dispensaries and how I'm perceived by people. Like will this be the time that I look suspicious to someone and I get banned again? I have no clue why they banned me, other than the reasons they gave, which don't line up with anything I've actually done. There's no way for me to otherwise prove that they were wrong in their assessment. Considering that each time I came in I got different information as to why I was banned. Rather then them having some written out account of events it's just based on what the employees claim, which is problematic when Like how am i supposed to tell them they misinterpreted things or assuming intentions that aren't there, because again they didn't give concrete reasons for my banning that made sense. I never have bought for a minor, any person I was with also went into the store with me and bought stuff. All of my friends that smoke with have bought from this store. I know no one that's under 21, nor did I when I was first banned. I never flipped them off, and I can't control my friend's driving. But they've made it clear that it doesn't matter what I say or claim because they feel like they're the ones that are in the right in the situation, and rather than it being possible that they wrongly banned someone, that anyone seeking an un-banning is still guilty of their actions and is just trying to weasel out of the ban. I wouldn't recommend this store if you have any anxiety about how people perceive you because they just might peg you for a problematic person and ban you on here say. Seemingly just because it's easier to ban someone for a flimsy reason rather then actually critically assessing the situation and then moving for a ban or better yet talking with the person and investigating. The managers are unhelpful, The employees don't seem to be on the same page when it comes to bans. I was just about to finish a purchase before anyone realized I was supposed to be banned. The store as a whole has made me very uncomfortable and I never want to purchase from them again. irregardless of if I get un-banned.
