Love the location and the people are really friendly. Always have a great amount of fresh flower on hand and they have a pretty good selection of extracts and oils. Flower prices are pretty standard and comparable to most shops however the extracts and oils are expensive. I've seen the same brand oils in the same quantities (1/2 G and Full Gram) go at other shops for $10-15 dollars cheaper.

I went into Shango about a week ago and picked up some CinEX. The guys in the shop were nice and friendly. What I loved about the shop: clean friendly environment, nice display cases for flower and a HUGE variety for what feels like a small country store. What I thought could have been better: In an industry that is already so competitive on price, customer service is what creates repeat clientele - I was surprised to not find a single tip jar in the store to show some extra appreciation (I even asked about a tip jar and was told they don't use them). I think plenty of people would show a little extra appreciation if they had the chance, and I don't think it would offend anyone to have them out. Also - I understand that pre-packaged flower has a lot of benefits (shorter wait times, consistent weight, easily dispensed) but it takes away from the experience a little - it's like going into "Rich's" for tobacco vs a corner cigarette store - it's just a fuller, funner visit when it's hands on. Overall it's a chill shop and I'll totally be going back in the near future.
