I put in an online pick up order at 10am. I arrived at the at 5:30pm. Bud tender couldn’t find my order after running around for a while with my id. When I got home I checked my order history on Leafly and the store had canceled my order. This kind of thing is the reason I stopped shopping here.

July 6th I went to get my pickup order. Nirvana has changed how they do pickups. You are packed into the tiny lobby like cattle to slaughter hardly room to breathe. then when you get up to the bullet proof glass you can't understand or hear them till they turn on loud speaker and blast across the lobby what you got and the cost. Not cool Nirvana I go there to get my meds and would love some moderate privacy.

Deals so good I drive a 100 miles to get here.
