Best dispensary I've found near my home. Good prices, good quality product, friendly and helpful staff, generally swift to be in-and-out (especially if you order ahead), and sufficient pandemic precautions. Haven't had any reason to check out other dispensaries local to the area. This place is great!

I've been to good and great dispensaries. I'm sad to say Denver Relief is not one of them. First of all, unlike any dispensary I've been to, DR is so cheap that they make you buy a bag for a few dollars just to buy bud (whereas every other dispensary is legitimate enough to conceal it for you). Secondly, the leaf I got was so dry that you could break it into a powder just by rubbing it in your fingers (whereas every other dispensary will discount bud that has dried out). Thirdly, they don't offer convenient purchasing methods, as it is cash only (whereas other dispensaries are legitimate enough to offer credit and debit). They have an ATM in the store which sounds convenient until you realize it charges a fee that goes to the owner. Denver Relief is a cash grab that cares more about profit than caring for their customers. I could have gotten 2 fresh grams for the price I ended up paying for 1 dry gram here (their prices are higher, plus a few dollars for the ATM fee, and few dollars for buying the bag). The only people who go here presumably are close by or haven't been to other dispensaries to know the difference in quality. I could understand these hassles if the quality of product was significantly better than other places, but frankly it's worse. I was extremely disappointed and will not be back. Their business isn't the direction dispensaries should be going in.

Lightshade - Sheridan (Rec)

Out of the several dispensaries I've been to, I'd be shocked to find a dispensary with better prices for quality product. No scams (e.g. DenverReliefs scam to buy a bag just for the bud you buy), convenient purchasing options (e.g. unlike DenverReliefs "cash only"), and quality leaf (e.g. unlike DenverReliefs dried out stale leaf). Did I mention how much Denver Relief sucks? Lightshade is a blessing of a dispensary, they work for their customers more than they work for an easy profit. That's the best I can ask for, especially with other dispensaries around here lacking that level of care. Great consistent deals, wide variety of selections, and professional structure disguised as a casual and relaxing atmosphere. Lightshade is my go-to, and I highly recommend checking it out.
