What a joke! Sent my 2nd medical document to them over a month ago. With follow up emails. They 'claim' they sent it for verification to my Doc's office, though they got it through a licensed 3rd party. Claim they haven't heard back.
It's been a month and I'm ALREADY a friggin' customer!
Secondly, the 'house blend' I last bought was supposed to be designed for use in a vaporizer. What a joke! My vaporizer that I've never had a problem with, won't vape it. So I've been stuck smoking it and it's SO HARSH my throat and lungs have been killing me for a couple months, but unable to afford anything else.
When I called to complain, they didn't even offer to give me a break on my next order!
When I asked for help in choosing another product, the person I was dealing with couldn't give me a serious recommendation based on my symptomology.
Even the company that I use as my liaison between them and my Doc said they don't like dealing with them. And this is what they do for their business!
Disgusted and fed up.
