I went into Mr. Nice Guy, Friday March 22 around 5:20. This is my usual pick up spot and a majority of the people that work there are pretty dope and I have never had a bad experience. However today, I went in, got my ID check, the usual, then as I was checking out I handed my ID to the guy helping me, when this older woman who also worked there rudely grabbed my ID out of his hand and proceeded to accuse it of being a fake. She questioned the other female worker if she checked the ID for the "dots", I believe she meant to say perforations, and told me that California Licenses do not look that way and are not horizontal, to which I corrected her and explained that if you are under the age of 21 in California you have a verticle license and when you turn 21 you get issued a horizontal license. She then continued to say my ID was probably fake and that she was going to check it herself. She then learned that it was indeed not a fake, and did not even apologize for the accusation or for making a scene in front of the other people in the store which was very embarrassing for me. I have been coming here for months now and I have never had someone so rudely accuse me of having a fake ID when in reality it is a 100% valid government ID. I understand the need to check for fake ID's since that is an issue, however the manner in which she handled that situation was utterly unprofessional, and she did not have trust over her own coworkers which I find to be quite sad to be honest. Her actions are greatly making me reconsider taking my business back to them.
