Quality: 3 / We know the dispensary isn't responsible for the quality, so it seems unfair to rate them for the quality, but perhaps it is on the dispensary for selling flower that's literally 3+ months old. :( Just because it doesn't expire until a year from packaging, or whatever it is, doesn't mean it's actually good/worth the price. I hope with more time that the quality will begin to match the cost. Service: 4 / I'm knocking it down a star simply because their online ordering system is not reliable as they've taken it down multiple times before. It's up now, but consistency is important when I consider service. Additionally, I'd appreciate if the people checking me in would wear their mask. It's the time we live in now, and that makes a difference to me, especially as a medical patient. Atmosphere: 3 / Eh. I always order in advance, either online or the phone, when their online isn't working, so I haven't really explored, and I moved here during the pandemic. However, their waiting room is awful, and like I said, the employees are not consistent in their safety protocols in terms of social distancing and masking up. Again, safety is pretty important, so unlike another reviewer, I appreciate the heavy security. The reviewer who claimed they were being watched was definitely being overly dramatic - it's not like that at all, and even if it was? It makes sense. A dispensary is/would be a huge target for crime, especially since they cannot be insured like the rest of businesses due to cannabis still not being federally regulated. Security wise, I feel safe, just not necessarily health-wise. Overall, it's really my only option, so I'll continue to come here. If I had other choices, such as Moca in Chicago? I'd switch in a heartbeat, but I'm grateful to have a dispensary nearby. OH! I forgot the one super plus - they offer rewards for purchases. I get $50 in credit after, I think, $500 in spend. Look it up on their site; that's definitely a huge benefit.
