I put my first order through a couple of weeks ago. A few days later my package was sent to the undeliverable mail facility and I contacted customer service right away and they responded within 12 hours. I put in another replacement order (didn't have to pay anything extra) and they shipped it out that same day. Unfortunately there was another issue with Canada Post so after the 3 business I contacted them regarding the order and told them that I would just like a refund. They responded within a few hours and apologized and issued me a refund right away for my $221 that I originally spent. I only gave the quality a 1 star because I unfortunately never got to try the product but I have had friends who have had great products from this company. I am giving them a great review because every time I emailed, I got an email back within 24 hours and once the second package was shipped and not received, they issued me a refund right away. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future once the Canada Post issue has blown over. I see people leaving negative reviews and it's unfortunate because I've heard nothing but good things from friends that have dealt with these guys first hand. Don't let Canada Post ruin your faith in these guys and rest assured if you spent money like I did, you will get your money back. Patience is a virtue.
