Updating my review from last month as I recently gave them another shot. I love the prices and the flower here! The reason for a low rating is because the customer service is hit or miss. On the flip side, Phenix does indeed stand by their customer satisfaction 100% guarantee, which would have put them up on a pedestal next to Amazon in terms of customer service (๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ) but earlier experiences say otherwise. Ive ordered twice now from Phenix with my package being delayed around a week each time. Now, the delays I've been experiencing in receiving my orders can be attributed to their delivery service, but then they choose who to ship with. Their normal delivery service delayed my package over the holiday weekend the first order and straight delivered to the wrong address this time. I spoke with a customer service rep at Phenix before my order shipped who assured me I'd get the tracking label sent to me, I did not. If I had, I might've been able to track it down when it got delivered. Once I realized my box didn't arrive, I had to attempt to get ahold of customer service about 4 days in a row via calls and emails before I was able to actually get someone. So much for the next day delivery that the phone recording mentions every time I call. Even still, the the quality of product is there. I tried their Black vape cartridge this time around and it has a small solvent taste, with a nice flavor once your past it. Gets me just as stoned as the brass knuckles variety though. And the price at Phenix is definitely right. I say give them a go! Just don't hold your breath on getting it next day.
