This CBD tincture from Vital Leaf is a must if you have any trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. I take two droppers before bed and it's been life changing. I use this after I train. It has a pretty strong scent but works well. I usually use a balm, but I like the fast-absorbing spray option sometimes.
