I recently stopped by High Supply for the first time in quite a while, and it was great to see a familiar friendly face still there. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience quick and easy. As someone who deals with pretty intense anxiety, I really appreciate a dispensary that can get me in and out without any hassle while still providing great customer service. The interaction was smooth, the atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. I was also impressed by the flower selection and pricing. High Supply continues to have some of the best ounce deals I’ve found in Ontario, and the quality for the price is hard to beat. Overall, it was nice coming back and seeing that they’re still doing things right. Friendly people, great products, and excellent value. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for quality cannabis at a fair price. 🌿🔥

I shop here regularly because they carry Higher Culture products at competitive prices and tend to keep items in stock when other Ontario dispensaries don’t. That consistency in inventory is the main reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service and order accuracy have been inconsistent. Most recently, I placed an order for a 2.5g all-in-one disposable (Grape Krush) and a 1g Rocket Pop. Instead, I was given different 1g cartridge versions and shorted on what I actually ordered. Thankfully, I checked before heading back to Idaho — otherwise it would have been a long drive home and too late to fix it. To their credit, they corrected the order when I returned. But this isn’t the first time there have been mix-ups (orders under different names, products that appear slightly underfilled, etc.). Even if these are honest mistakes, it’s frustrating when they happen repeatedly. If you’re going through the drive-through, double-check your receipt and products before leaving. I want to keep supporting this shop because they carry what I like, but accuracy and attention to detail need to improve.

Great experience at Hotbox Farms today. Picked up Khalifa Kush dabs, infused pre-rolls, and a couple extras — everything was solid quality and very reasonably priced. The deals are where they really shine. I went in on my birthday and got a huge discount (around 25% off), plus they offer a veteran discount and have daily deals that change regularly. Definitely worth checking their site or stopping in to see what’s running that day. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was welcoming. They even tossed in some free swag, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend supporting Hotbox — great prices, great people, and consistently good service.

Came through to check out the Hotbox spots again — I used to work for the company and helped open Cookies, so it was cool seeing things from the customer side. At Cookies, it was great catching up with Lowgun — still holding it down. At Hotbox, I didn’t place an online order, just walked in with a dab in mind, and Jalen really made the experience chill. Super patient, showed me some products, answered questions, and made it easy. Lots of new faces at both stores, but the energy was solid. Great to see familiar people and a shop still doing things right.
