I shop here regularly because they carry Higher Culture products at competitive prices and tend to keep items in stock when other Ontario dispensaries don’t. That consistency in inventory is the main reason I keep coming back.
Unfortunately, the customer service and order accuracy have been inconsistent.
Most recently, I placed an order for a 2.5g all-in-one disposable (Grape Krush) and a 1g Rocket Pop. Instead, I was given different 1g cartridge versions and shorted on what I actually ordered. Thankfully, I checked before heading back to Idaho — otherwise it would have been a long drive home and too late to fix it.
To their credit, they corrected the order when I returned. But this isn’t the first time there have been mix-ups (orders under different names, products that appear slightly underfilled, etc.). Even if these are honest mistakes, it’s frustrating when they happen repeatedly.
If you’re going through the drive-through, double-check your receipt and products before leaving.
I want to keep supporting this shop because they carry what I like, but accuracy and attention to detail need to improve.
