The Bud House

I arrived at budhouse dispensary at 9:50 am . I waited for over 15 min to get helped. There was only one bud tender. I purchased my item and asked for my early bird discount of 10%. She said no its past 10 am . I told her I was here in the store before 10 am . That I had waited for 15 minutes. Still no discount . I left the store disappointed and frustrated. Why do you advertise a early bird discount if you dont honor it. Well there are plenty more dispensaries. Ill go somewhere else in the future .

Every time I go, it’s always amazing. The staff is friendly competent. Oh my gosh, they know so much and always super helpful. I’m actually thinking about moving over there.

horrible service. they mislabel their products and refuse to make it right. every other shop in town would fix their mistakes. budhouse refuses. that's not good customer service at all. horrible place to shop.
