Let me start by saying their product quality is top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but this last visit will be my last. Thier service to medial is subpar compared to almost every other medical dispensary. Only 2 medical patients will be served at a time no matter how many there are. Almost every time I have gone lately I have had to wait in line 20-40 minutes while Rec use line flies. That is completely unacceptable. As long as there is a line at medical adult use should not be getting served. We are medical patients with an actual prescription and need not just some person looking to get high for the day. MAC should take lesson from Insa in east Hampton as soon as a med patient walks there are served first. My last visit I waited 45 minutes in the medical line while I counted 20 rec patients get served before I walked out and went down the street to another dispensary’s and was served within minutes. Like I said their product is top notch but so is everyone else in the area and it doesn’t make up for the subpar medical service.
