Pretty awful. I've tried shopping here multiple times and been frustrated and pretty disappointed each time. Way better shops and better customer service on 99. Can't even count how many times I've called and asked about a specific product and then came in 15 minutes later and was laughed at for asking for what I was just told existed. Not to mention how long it takes to finally get someone to help you, I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched the same guy I made eye contact with walk away from me twice. Aanndd to top it all off, their prices are awful.
